Lewes Ladies FC  v All Star XI – Kelly Newton Testimonial

A host of former players and Lewes stars return to the Pan this Tuesday for a very special match.
Captain Fantastic Kelly Newton is celebrating 13 years and 325 appearances in the famous Red and Black. The club is proud to salute a leader by example on and off the pitch with this friendly fixture, sponsored by the wonderful Spectrum Eyecare.

There’s plenty to look forward to. Fellow Lewes legend Jacquie Agnew is reunited in the All Stars dugout with Dave Cole and Brin Pollard.
Their team comprises a who’s who of Lewes Ladies seasons past. Michelle Beazley, Steph Carter, Clare Trafford, Char Bennett, Freddie Baker ..
the list goes on.

First XI manager John Donoghue leads his current troops for a home side that at some stage will feature our warrior captain, no doubt looking to reprise her legendary over head kick against Norwich in the Double-winning season.

The match will include two halves of approximately 60 minutes each with both teams using ‘roll on, roll off’ subs.
Bumper commemorative programme free with ‘pay what you want’ entry.
All proceeds on the night go to Cystic Fibrosis.
