Lewes Community Football Club 3G Sales Manager (Part Time)
Lewes CFC requires a part time sales manager to help build its commercial offering for the new, state of the art 3G pitch located next to the club’s historic Dripping Pan ground in Lewes.
Working closely with the CEO, this person will be ultimately responsible for generating on-pitch revenue for the club via a combination of packaged 3G ‘products’ like the Rookery 6’s six-a-side competition, summer cricket, schools, sports clubs and community bookings, as well as advertising and more.
What you will do:
Build and nurture a strong sales pipeline; by qualifying, scoping and closing opportunities
Beating revenue targets
Developing clear and cohesive sales pitches with a dedicated focus towards community benefits
Build rapport and sustain long-term relationships with public users of the pitch and all clubs, schools and community users
Deliver clear and concise sales management reports to the CEO and board
Exceptional ability to build rapport both internally with the football side of the club and externally to 3G customers
Ability to apply a sound sales methodology and close deals independently
Proven ability to successfully manage a sales package and a set of well defined revenue targets
Outstanding written/verbal communication skills
The role is ideal as a part time appointment, enabling the successful candidate to work on a totally flexible basis, most likely from home. Weekly sales meetings to be conducted at Lewes FC, but otherwise role provides freedom to work as fits the targets and schedule.

Role is commission – only based with expected on target earnings of up to £10k.
